Samples of activities include: Attacking – dodges and fakes, 1v1s to goal, eluding a double team. Midfield – taking the draw, attacking ground balls and midfield defense. Defense – 1v1s, slides and clears. Extensive stick work drills necessary for the game! Work on small-sided games and larger 7v7 scrimmages.

Description: The Summer Training Program is for high school players who want to up their game and spend time engaged in intense and fun training with their Red Knight teammates over the summer. We are happy to be teaming up with Fortis again this summer! The sessions will be divided between soccer training with the BSM coaching staff and strength and conditioning workouts with Fortis trainers. The first week of August, which is also Captains’ Practice, will have the Fortis trainers working with the captains on stretching and injury prevention at the start of each session.
High school players are strongly encouraged to register for Summer Training. The sessions will be an excellent way for us to train, work out, and build our culture as we prepare for our 2025 season.

Description: Bring your Minecraft world to life with 3D printing! This class is perfect for students with little to no experience in 3D printing and is ideal for those who love to design and see their ideas come to life. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling and printing using Tinkercad, applying the Engineering Design Process to create their own Minecraft-inspired designs from scratch. They’ll choose two creations to print in class and take home. To ensure everyone can print their designs, some items may be scaled down for class-time printing. Students should be comfortable using a laptop and mouse to bring their Minecraft visions to life!

HEALTH IN THE SUMMER
BSM offers students the opportunity to complete our required, one-semester, health course as a summer course.
- Dates of course: Monday, June 9 – Friday, July 18 (There is no class the week of June 30 – July 4, 2025)
- Time: 10 a.m. – 12 noon
- Frequency: Students will meet each day: in person on Mondays, online Tuesdays – Thursdays (there are no classes on Fridays)
- Location: BSM Campus / Online
- Cost: $450 (due Thursday, May 1, 2025. The course is worth 1 credit on the student’s transcript)

- This course has a maximum capacity of 25, so act fast to secure your spot.
- This is a five-week course
- Students are encouraged to be motivated and curious, and not involved with other events or athletics during the class days/times. An absence for one day of class without a doctor’s note will result in loss of credit for this course. Absences for sports will not be excused and will impact the earning of course credit.
- Tuition details: The cost of the course will be billed automatically to your student’s tuition account. Additionally, we make commitments to our faculty based on student counts. To ensure we are able to meet such commitments for this class, please note that the $450 course fee is non-refundable and will not be prorated after the May 1 deadline. If you receive tuition assistance, the above fee will be adjusted at the same rate as your tuition award.

JUMPSTART MIDDLE SCHOOL

Description: JumpStart Middle School is a four day summer class designed to help prepare incoming Red Knights for the rigors of middle school in a safe, fun environment. Students will meet teachers and fellow classmates, get to know the building, learn how to use and care for their laptop, review reading and math skills, and set up an organizational system that they can use all school year. Lessons will have an environmental theme, and we will be spending some time outside.

PROPEL
This 3-day class will help incoming freshmen transition smoothly to high school by providing an introduction to high school life and essential skills for success. No credit.

The Propel Summer Class is designed to introduce students to high school life at BSM and equip them with organizational, study, and self-advocacy skills that will help them thrive academically and socially.
